Booking terms and conditions
Scope and parties
These terms govern direct bookings made through bnbbenevagienna.it for the B&B Bene Vagienna apartment (CIN: IT001272C246L75HP4), operated by Luca Solazzo, Turin. By submitting a booking request, the guest fully accepts these terms.
Booking and confirmation
A booking request sent through the site is not an immediate confirmation: it stays in "pending" status until the host verifies availability and, where applicable, receipt of payment (in particular for bank transfers), and sends a final confirmation email. If the requested dates are unavailable, the host will contact the guest and no amount will be charged.
Prices and payment
The price shown when booking includes the accommodation cost and, where due, the tourist tax calculated according to the City of Turin regulation. Payment is made using the method chosen by the guest among those available on the site at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
If a cancellation is communicated at least 15 days before the check-in date, the full amount paid is refunded. If a cancellation is communicated less than 15 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
To cancel a booking, the guest must contact us through the contact form or by replying to the confirmation email, stating the booking code.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 12:00 (noon). For arrivals expected after 20:00, please contact us in advance to confirm availability to welcome the guest at that time.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00. For special needs, please contact us in advance to check availability for a later check-out.
Security deposit
A security deposit against possible damage to the apartment or its fittings is requested at check-in, payable in cash or by bank transfer. The deposit is refunded in full at check-out if no damage is found. The amount is communicated to the guest when the booking is confirmed.
Number of guests
The number of guests declared when booking cannot exceed the apartment's maximum capacity (4 people) and must match the actual number of people staying, including for legal purposes (reporting guest data to the local police via the Alloggiati Web portal, as required by art. 109 of the Italian public security law, TULPS).
Personal data processing
Data provided when booking is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The host is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure or events not directly attributable to the management of the apartment. Any damage caused by the guest to the apartment or its fittings is the guest's responsibility, even beyond the amount of any security deposit paid.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes where the guest qualifies as a consumer, the competent court is the one of the guest's place of residence or domicile, pursuant to art. 33, para. 2, letter u) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
